What space and furniture do we need?
A clear activity room with tables and chairs for your group is ideal. We bring table coverings, plush supplies, activities, and cleanup materials.
Can you work with mixed ages or different abilities?
Yes. Tell us about your group when booking so we can adjust plush openings, pacing, instructions, and helper coverage.
How far do you travel?
Delivery is included within 25 miles of our service base. For longer trips, we’ll confirm a travel quote before any payment is due.
What if our attendance changes?
Final attendance is due 14 days before the event. We recommend reserving for your best estimate and updating us before the balance is paid.
